Kathryn Campbell2025-01-02 I started working with Heather during my 3rd trimester and continued working with her postpartum. She’s a wealth of information and with her “simple steps” I started to slowly come out of the postpartum fog, regain strength, stamina and started feeling like myself again which I didn’t think was possible in those early days. 10/10 recommend working with Heather! Olivia Talbott2024-12-13 Heather is a delight to work with! She’s so knowledgeable, but also just so kind and down to earth in her approach to health. Krystal Lorenn Matos2024-12-13 Heather educates women internationally on a variety of women's health topics. I live in the Philippines and throughout my pregnancy, I've experienced some discomforts and watching her youtube videos made it so clear for me. I've also applied many of her tips and advices for my daily life such as using pillows on feet and knees, using squatty potty, and aiding my digestion through drinking a cup of warm water in the morning. I thank Heather for raising my awareness with my health as a woman. Sharon Williams2024-12-12 Heather is always a great resource and help for finding solutions when I have questions! Karen Ditto2024-12-12 Great help for my daughter with her pregnancies! Highly recommend! Cassie Perkey2024-12-07 Heather is such a great resource pelvic floor physical therapy! I saw her during pregnancy for help with turning my breech baby as well as labor prep, and then I’m seeing her again postpartum for pelvic floor rehab. I LOVE that she does home visits and virtual appointments. Having to go into an office for PT appointments limited me from pursuing pelvic floor PT after my first baby, so I’m so glad I found Heather at One Simple Step who comes to me! It just makes everything so much easier, especially now that I have two little ones. And of course, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my pregnant or postpartum friends without hesitation. Rebecca Kurk2024-12-05 One Simple Step and the care that Heather provides is such a great model of care for so many folks in central KY. The fact that she is able to offer either in-home visits or telehealth sessions really opens up options for folks who might otherwise not have access to awesome pelvic therapy. Heather is doing great things!
