Heather is a licensed pelvic health physical therapist with 25 years of experience. She desires to help women move from pain, fear and confusion to freedom, confidence and living through an understanding and learning of one’s body and function. As she has worked with thousands of women, she shares that the healing process is with a blend of focus on spiritual, emotional, and physical.
Her specialty of pelvic health includes evaluating and treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, sexual pain, & pelvic organ prolapse. These symptoms may be a concern through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and post menopause stages of life.
Heather and her husband of 20 years have a growing family with 4 children, through birth and adoption. Life is full and she is thankful for the way God has walked with her through adventures of living around the US and in China for 3 years. Her career of physical therapy has opened up opportunities to love others with the love of God and provide a way to health and wholeness.
